How to make an amazing chicken cordon bleu.

Ingredients 1/2
4 skinless, boneless chicken breast halves
4 slices swiss cheese
4 slices ham
2 tbs all-purpose flour
3/4 tsp paprika
1/4 cup butter
1/3 cup apple juice

Ingredients 2/2
2 tsp cornstarch
2/3 cup heavy whipping cream

Step 1
Pound chicken to about 1/2 inch thick

Step 2
Place ham and cheese on chicken
6.
Step 3
Roll chicken using toothpicks to secure

Step 4
Mix the flour and paprika
8.
Step 5
Coat the chicken in the flour and cut if too large.

Step 6
Melt butter in pan and cook chicken on medium heat until browned
10.
Step 7
Add apple juice and bouillon, simmer on low for 30 minutes

Step 8
Check to see if chicken is no longer pink before transferring to a platter
12.
Step 9
Add cornstarch and cream and whisk until it thickens
13.
Step 10
Remove toothpicks, plate chicken, and pour sauce over
14.
