  • Late 18 centuries early 19 centuries
  • poverty rates increased
  • the poor families tried to earn as much money as possible (otherwise they couldnt survive )
  • Everyone in the family works, even at the age of 10.
  • employers tried to maximise their profits.

HUMAN RIGHTS

  • Affecting not just children in india but all over the world.
  • Forcing or (selling) these kids to work because there is not good education in poor places.

HUMAN RIGHTS VIOLATED

  • Article 1: when a child is born they should be free.
  • They should have the right to make their own choices
  • Article 3: the right to live in freedom and safety
  • They shouldnt be forced to work

HUMAN RIGHTS VIOLATED

  • Article 4: should not be treated as someones slave
  • Article 6: should be treated as everyone else.
  • Shouldn't be treated because of age difference
  • Article 7: the law is the (same) for everyone

What is being done to stop child labor in India?
There is a law against child labor, but not everyone is following the law and not being punished for it.
