PREVENTION
- Healthy meal and snacks
- Managing weight
- By avoiding junk food
- Following a healthy eating plan
- Doing exercise
- Not watching TV etc... all the time
- Eating lots of fruits and vegetables
- Getting sleep ( at least 10 hours )
- Drink lots of water
- Not drinking soft drinks ( Pepsi etc...)
STRATEGIES
To prevent childhood obesity the government asked the food industries to add less sugar in the food and drinks.So the children’s can be healthy and active
