POPULATION and area:
China has 1.357 billion people in total.
The most populated city is Shanghai. This is mainly because of the workers in The city. It is 9.597 kilometres squared in area.

Language:
China's main language is mandarin, a complicated and sophisticated type of speaking and writing. Other languages throughout China also include Cantonese and many other local languages in the area.

ECONOMY And currency:
In China their currency goes by the yuan. Their economy is very good although their dollar equals 0.22 of Australia's. This is mainly because of the enormous amount of people working in China, allowing more money to come into the banks.

Food:
In China, they have many types of exotic Chinese food, such as dumplings, and Peking duck pancakes.

Unique Animals that are found in China include giant pandas, south China tigers,red-crowned crane, white flag dolphin and the golden-haired monkey.

Sad stuff:
In China, there are many problems. These include pollution, population overload, sewage oil cooking(yes, I know, it's disgusting) and poverty. Luckily, the government is trying to fix all these problems.

WIERD FACTS...

IN CHINA, HOUSES HAVE HAD BUILDINGS BUILT AROUND THEM.

FOR FOURTEEN YEARS, THE CHINESE GOVERNMENT BANNED GAMING CONSOLES LIKE THE X-BOX AND PLAYSTATION.THE BAN WAS LIFTED IN 2014.

One child policy: in China the government used to have a law where you could only have one child . This law was taken down in NOVEMBER 2013.
