DUMPLINGS RECIPE

• Ingridients:
• 1/2 pound of ground pork
• 1/2 pound of ground chicken
• 1 stalk of scallion ( finely chopped)
• 3 dashes white pepper powder

DUMPLINGS RECIPE

• 1 tea spoon of Shaoxing wine
• 1/2 tea spoon of salt
• 1/2 tea spoon of soy sauce
• 1/4 tea spoon of sesame oil
• 1 pack of potsticker/ dumpling wrappers

THE METHOD OF MAKING DUMPLINGS

• Ground the pork, chicken, chopped scallions ginger and all seasonings together.
• To make dumplings, place a small teaspoon of the filling in the centre of the wrapper.
• Dab some water on your finger and circle the edge of the skin, and then fold and pleat accordingly.
• Keep doing it with the others.
• Place the dumplings in a bamboo steamer for about 10 minutes. Serve immediately and enjoy.
