The Ch'ing dynasty began when Hong Taiji declared it would began after he conquered that region of China.

The Ch'ing Dynasty was stopped by in rebellions, wars, natural disasters, economic problems, famines, and invasions.

During the Qing Dynasty, China was ruled by the Manchus, a tribe of foreigners from northeastern China. The reigns of the first three emperors, which lasted for 133 years, were a time of peace and prosperity for China.

  • Qianlong-sixth Emperor
  • Empress Dowager- ruthless but capable leader
  • Longyu-signing the abdication
  • Shaunzi- third leader
  • Xuantang Emperor-final ruler of this dynasty
