Chocolate Fondue
How Wilton Chocolate Melting Pots Are Bringing Sexy Back

Ingredients
1 1/4 c. Whole milk or eavy cream
1tsp. Pure Vanilla extract
2Tbs. Unsalted butter
6oz. Ghirardelli 70% Cacao Extra Bittersweet Chocolate baking bar
6oz. Ghirardelli Milk Chocolate baking bar
2Tbs. Chocolate Liqueur (optional)

Making Fondue
Heat milk, butter, and vanilla in a medium sauce pan until it starts to simmer.
Take off heat and stir in the 70% Cacao and Milk chocolate bar pieces.
For adults only: stir in chocolate liqueur with the chocolate bars.
Stir until melted and smooth.

Dipping Time
Pour mixture into the Wilton Chocolate Electric Pro Melting Pot and switch to "Warm".
Start dipping your favorite fondue snacks. Fruit, cookies, pieces of cake, etc.
Eat and Enjoy!
