MY FAVORITE FAMILY TRADITION
In my life, my favorite family tradition is Christmas. The reason it is my favorite is not just because of one thing, but because of many!
First off my parents, sister, and I all decorate the house with a tree and many other Christmas related decorations.
Another reason is because I get to see family members that I usually don't get to see. We talk, play cards, eat food, and share memories and stories about life.
To me, family is one of the most important things. I love my family and when we are all united like we are during Christmas, I feel like nothing else in the world matters.
Of course another great part about Christmas is opening presents. At our family Christmas's, there are as many presents as there is food to go around, and there is a lot of food!
The last thing we do at Christmas is make a snowman at our house. This is a tradition that my parents, sister, and I have done for many years but have recently failed to do. Hopefully we can bring that back soon.
Sadly, just like everything else, Christmas must come to an end. But at the end of Christmas its not goodbye, instead it's see you when I see you. We will be together again, it's just a matter of time.
