Christopher grew up in flint, Michigan he was the 2nd oldest of 5 kids.
HIS DAD WAS DR. HERMAN CURTIS,
A foot doctor
AND HIS MOM WAS LESLIE JANE CURTIS,
A teacher
When he was a child,Curtis loved to read but could never find books similar to him so he wanted to write books like that
After graduating in flint Michigan, Curtis started working in a car factory.
He worked at a car factory for years but when his job got serious, he needed to quit to write books
