USES OF CHROMIUM
It gives glass a green color and it is responsible for the green in emeralds and the red in rubies.
Chromium is used to help diabetes patients because it improves the way our bodies use insulin.
It is used in stainless steel because it does not rust.
Some people use chromium for weight loss because it is a "trace mineral" or an element humans need in small amounts.
It is used in tanning leather because it makes it resistant to bacteria and high temperatures.
