We are looking for films that seek to raise and enrich the human spirit and the art of filmmaking by valuing the importance of education.

The films should probe into anything related to education, learning, and knowledge. It must also present the culture and identity of a Filipino

GUIDeLINES

• The competition category  is Short Film Narratives
• The films should be shot in digital format
• The total running time should be NOT more than 15 mins and NOT less than 5 mins
• All short films must be completed and submitted by November 3, 2014
