CLAIRE'S COSTUME CELEBRATION

My birthday weekend also happens to be the weekend before Halloween which is on a Monday. For my sick 17 I believe a intimate costume party with my pals to celebrate my birth is key.

WHY THIS IS THE BEST IDEA EVER

• There will only be 20 people which is the perfect amount for responsible, non hectic fun
• My friends are awesome and won't fuck up
• All the lame people from last year won't be there
• Costumes are sick
• My birthday is the best day to dress to the 9's
• No one dresses up for Halloween anymore but they should and this will allow that

If this party is allowed to happen everything will be cleaned properly, no repeats of last year, better (smaller) group of people and again COSTUMES!!!
