The Clarion University Chamber singer toured for 3 day at 3 different High Schools and 2 Community concerts Here are pictures from our trip and other adventures!
Our group consists of 24 talented singers.
Being in Chambers Singers has helped me make friends, and be more open. I'm an Early Ed/SPED dual major and it's hard to stay motivated when some of the work is so difficult. When I'm singing in Chambers Singers, I'm not worrying about the project I have to do for the next day, or my exam next week. I'm thinking about the music, and it's relaxing. It has bettered the overall experience at Clarion University because I now have something to look forward too. It breaks up going to 5 SPED classes, and I always walk out of there smiling and still singing what we were just working on. Being in Chambers Singers has made me feel more confident, and given me some amazing friends. I wouldn't be where I am today without it. - Anna Mae
Chamber Singers has made a huge impact on my experience here at Clarion. Without music, I would have not done as well academically. Music had an impact and gave me the support I needed when it was just me and no one else. I am glad Dr. Johnson step in 2 years ago. I would have never imaged being able to compete in an international competition in college. I am glad to have enjoyed this experience in my college to career and glad to be apart of such a wonderful group! - Carrie Rugh
