TERRACOTTA ARMY

• The clay army most known as the terracotta Army.
• Burial place for Qin Shinhuangdi
• Only 19000 of the 70000 warriors were found. (6000)
• Dry scrubs, butterly cold, scorching hot.

THE ARMY WAS COMPOSSED OF :

• Horses
• Soldiors
• Archers
• Wagons
• Really mettle armer.

PITS

• 4 main pits.
• Last one not totaly finished
• Guessing he died before it was done.
• All about 21 feet deep

Wound
In 1974 by some Chinese farmers digging a wheel.
The army was found one mile away from Shihuangdi's tomb.

SHIHUANDGI

• Emperor of the Qin dynasty
• Ruled to unite China.
• Writing scrips, standard weights and mesurments.
• He wanted immortality thats why he built tomb.
• A lot of people were killed while building tomb.

HOW THEY WERE MADE.

• I have found many things.
• Some websites say every soldier was different.
• Others say there was only eight molds for the faces.
• Legs and arms are the same.

AMAZING FACTS

• 20 miles in all was the size of the entire tomb.
• He killed scholars if he didnt like what they said
• In tombs acrobates, musicians and waterfowls were found.
• Took 40 years to finish
• Future Qin emperor started constructing at age 13.

The tomb has only been 1% explored. Traps and death awaits every moment. Philosopher Sima Qian tells about the riches and great things inside.

To keep the tombs location a secret lots of men and slaves were killed so they would not revile the tombs set up.

To conclude we all have our ways and beliefs. We can't judge someone for their past.

The clay army was a great success and so far it has kept the Kings secrets hidden.
