  • Little is known about Cleopatra's mother

  • Leaving 18-year-old Cleopatra with the throne
  • Due to tradition she had to marry her 10-year-old brother

  • Soon after she fled to Syria
  • There she assembled an army to conquor Egypt
  • In 48 B.C. she returned to Egypt

  • Caesar was her way to get more military access

  • She was buried with Antony just as the two had wished
