Cumulus Clouds

  • Cumulus clouds is a puffy cloud that sometimes looks flat
  • Cumulus clouds are 1000m or 330 ft above ground.
  • Cumulus clouds are thunderstorm clouds.

Stratus Clouds

  • Stratus clouds are uniform greyish clouds that often cover the entire sky.
  • The altitude of the stratus is below 5000 or below 6000m.
  • The Stratus cloudis rain or snowy weather...the clouds is layer associated.

Cirrus clouds

  • Cirrus clouds are thin wispy clouds blown by high winds into longerstreamers.
  • The altitude of the cirrus clouds are 6000m (18,000) feet.

  • fog is usally decreased in 1/4 mile.
  • fog usally forms when the temp. drops at dew points.(air issaturated).
  • Fog is at ground level.

  • A nimbus cloud is a cloud that gives precipitation.
  • The nimbus cloud is a rain,snow,and sleet.
  • Nimbus Clouds has water in it so it makkes it looks darker than other clouds.
