• Whispy or curly
• Thin
• High altitude
• Usually mean pleasant weather
• Move across the sky from west to east

CUMULUS CLOUDS

• Can be white or gray
• Are a pile of clouds
• Fluffy
• Low altitude
• Fair weather unless gray

STRATUS CLOUDS

• Gray
• Fill the sky
• Mean rain or snow
• Very low altitude
• Fog
