  • A continental island is new zealand
  • Continental islands are the largest islands of the three

  • These islands form when a volcano errupts
  • Volcanic islands are steep with high peaks
  • A volcanic island is tahiti
  • People live on the coasts on volcanic islands
  • And the land is flat and fetile

TRADE WIND

  • Trade winds are steady winds
  • In tropical latitudes that blow towards the equator
  • When trade winds move towards the equator they shift westward
  • The shifting is caused by the rotation of the earth
  • The winds move in a circular pattern just like the earth.
