• The Cold War started when the U.S. tries to stop the spread of communism
• And accused the USSR of conspiracy against Greek royalists.

ECONOMY

• Capitalism allows the market to grow and the government only intervenes
• If there are problems and keeps an eye on inflation to keep the market going
• And the profits growing
• Communist economies control most or all trade to set all prices but it doesn't
• Work because of international change.

CONTAINMENT

• The Soviets were preparing for a conflict and the United States passed
• The Truman doctrine
