  • Women trained girls to become mothers and wives
  • Only boys could go to college,but girls couldn't go to college
  • The houses were made of wood
  • Many children made their chores a game

  • They use wampongs to pay for college.
  • Batman= officers servant.
  • Bloomer= produced iron from ore.
  • Agent= a person who acted as someone
  • Weeder= a weed remover.

PEOPLE LIVING IN COLONIAL AMERICA

  • France,Germany,Netherlands,Spain,and Sweden
  • People came to Colonial America to make money, be free, and religious freedom
  • Most people came to Plymouth Rock, Massechussets
  • Most people came from England.
  • However, they were still under the rules of the king.

LIFE IN COLONIAL AMERICA

  • There are no kings in America
  • The rich and poor were not removed as far as Europe
  • In Europe, there were great lords that possessed mostly everything
  • In America, it was easier to break free
  • Between 1770 and 1850, the economy changed

  • George Washington lead the forces in the Revolutionary War
  • That lead to the founding of our country
  • The founding fathers if the USA were political leaders and statemen
  • The founding fathers participated in the American Revolution
  • The founding fathers were George W., John A., and Thomas J.
