STEPS TO MAKE LEATHER

  • They first mark the hide with the owners mark
  • The Tanner softens the hide and pulls off unwanted skin
  • Scrape off flesh with fleshing knife
  • The Tanner would then soak it in Ooze
  • Wash and stretch leather
