• Select as soon as possible to start title work
• You can ask for a fee breakdown
• I recommend Sage Title, and they price-match

5 - Appraisal

• Lender orders after inspection
• Cost to you
• Your confidential info

6 - Homeowners Insurance

• I can recommend agents
• Your lender will require this
• Need flood insurance?
• Did you know L&F has its own insurance agency?

7- Warranty

• Select plan
• If seller is not buying one, you can purchase for yourself
• Need extra coverage?
