ARTICLE 1 SECTION 1

Legislative power and congress is the law making body and is composed of 2 houses: Senate and House of Representatives

ARTICLE 2 SECTION 2

• Have to be atleast 25 years old
• USA citizen for 7 years
• Resident of state he or she is representing

ARTICLE 2 SECTION 3

• Number of representatives is based on population counted every ten years
• 3/4 of all other person's is referred to slaves and the 3/4 compromise

ARTICLE 3 SECTION 1

• Each State has 2 senators. Each must serve for 6 years and have one vote.
• Not elected by the people but by the states legislature

ARTICLE 3 SECTION 4

• The Vice President presides over the senate, but may vote only to break a tie.

ARTICLE 4 SECTION 2

• Congress assembles at least once in every year on Monday in December, unless they by law choose another day.
