INDEPENDENT JUDICIARY

  • The idea that the judicial branch makes decisions without influence from the legislative or executive branch.
When a baby is first born it has no influences from anyone yet it is pure and has no prior knowledge created yet just the like the idea of independent judiciary says that the judicial branch needs to make decisions without influence from the legislative or executive branch.

  • The part of the government that creates laws. It is led by the congress.

EXECUTIVE BRANCH

  • The part of the government that carries out laws. It is led by the president.
This is the president of the US the person who leads the executive branch of government.

  • A section of the constitution
This is article 11 in the us constitution.

BILL OF RIGHTS

  • The last part added to the constitution that lists all the rights given to US citizens.
