PRESENTATION OUTLINE
About when I was 3 years old, my Parents decided to get a cat for the family. With much suggestion from my older brothers, the cat's name was Cookie.
Cookie, to my 3 year old mind was fascinating. It wasn't a caged creature. It was a free-spirited soul, with a unique look.
And due to my 3 year-old nature, I gravitated towards things of my fancy.
But, Cookie did not share the same fascination with me, and fled when I got close.
But I was as persistent as a 3-year-old could be.
I did everything to get close to cookie. I would even grab his tail.
In one instance of cat and mouse, Cookie hid behind the couch to get away from me.
But I was as persistent as a 3-year-old could be.
You could see the terror in Cookie's eyes.
So, one can Imagine what Cookie thought of 3-year-old me.
Cookie fled the couch and I chased him into a corner.
In his desperation he scratched me with the furry of a lion to get away.
I stopped chasing cookie after that.
Cookies lodging, at my home, wasn't long. My parents took him back to the pet store since he
"wasn't house broken", but I'm sure he didn't think his litter box was safe.
You know, I learned from that experience: you can't control a free-spirit.
AND DON'T CHACE IT TOO!
