  • Cookies that are made through a cookie gun(cookie press)
  • Rich, stiff dough

  • Made from stiff dough that is molded in balls or cookie shapes
  • Stiff dough

  • Made from dense dough that is rolled out onto a counter and then cut into desired shape
  • Stiff dough, 1/8 to 1/4 in dough use a cookie cutter

  • Put all ingredients in mixing bowl at once.

  • Measure ingredients accurately
  • All ingredients should be room temp.
  • Put sugars and fats in mixing bowl
  • Put egg(s) and liquids in mixing bowl
  • Add dry ingredients and mix until done

  • Drop, rolled, refrigerator, pressed, and molded cookies
  • Should be cooked on flat baking pans or cookie sheets.
  • Bar cookies
  • Should be baked on sheets with sides
