United State citizens have the right to own firearms

The government cannot force you to allow soldiers to sleep and eat in your home

Amendment IV: No Unreasonable Searches or Siezures
The government cannot invade your privacy without a warrant to do so.

Amendment V: Right to a Fair Trial
If accused of a crime, you must be provided with a fair trial before you can be sentenced for punishment

You have the right to a fast trial with an impartial jury

Amendment VII: Right to Trial by Jury
You have the right to be judged by your peers rather than a government official

Amendment VIII: No Cruel or Unusual Punishment
You have the right to make bail and be treated humanely

Citizens have rights outside of those listed by the Constitution

The powers not given to the federal government by the Constitution are given to the states

People from other countries cannot sue the US, and people from one state cannot sue another state
