Health Triangle

 

A health triangle is the physical, social, and mental or emotional aspect of being healthy. Maintaining these three things can guarantee that you are or can become a healthy human being. Creating healthy habits can help you assure that you are making the right choices that your body may need in order to survive.

Physical

The physical component of the health triangle is determined by what you eat, how much you sleep, and the weight you are maintaining. These are only three examples. Exercise also determines how physically healthy you are. If you are not getting at least 60 minutes of exercise everyday, sleeping on an average of 8-10 hours, or are eating very unhealthy, chances are you are more likely to develop diseases.

Mental

The next part of the triangle is mental or emotional. This is determined by the way you feel about yourself. To be healthy in the mental state, you need to accept yourself for who you are. If this is not the case , it is considered unhealthy.

Social

The final part of the health triangle is the way you socially interact with others. Whether it is online or in person, people are constantly interacting with one another. If you tend to work well with others, that is healthy. But, some people aren't fond of interacting and are considered introverts. This is unhealthy.

In conclusion, the health triangle is made up of three components that must balance in order to be a healthy person. Exercising, eating healthy, getting enough sleep, loving yourself, and interacting with others are all essential to be a healthy human being.
