Have the person sit down and rest, loosen any tight clothes ask if the person has heart conditions call for emergency help if they are unconscious begin CPR.

What an you do to prevent a heart attack?

If you smoke quit. Loose weight if obese. Get regular exercise. Eat healthily and limit the amount of alcohol you drink.
