• Hector is the prince of troy , the son of king priam of troy and queen hecuba.
• Hector was known for being Trojan hero and warrior , he fought bravery against the Greeks in the Trojan war. He was also known as a noble and honorable leader.

Beginning of the Trojan war

• Paris took Helen , the wife of the Greek ruler Menelaus. Which this is one the reason that started the Trojan war. even through hector disprove of what his brother did he was ready to defeat troy when the Greeks arrived . During the first nine years of the war, the Greeks nor the Trojans gained a clear advantage and now another year goes by there grown tension between Achilles and Agamemnon, the leader of the Greek forces which causes Achilles to leave the battle and refused to fight with Achilles gone it gave Hector and the Trojans a chance to attack the Greeks.

Down Fall of Hector

• Hector Left the war to consult with his father and ask the trojan women to pray to the gods for help. and said goodbye to his wife and his son because his doubts of wining the war is low and doesnt belive he make back.
• Hector returning to the war . Hector and his forces seemed invincible. Hector killed many Greeks .
• Hector believed that Achilles had returned to the war.
• Hector was under the protection of god Apollo , which killed Patroclus , which Hector thought he was Achilles because Patroculs took Achilles armor.
• Achilles found out that Hector Killed his best friend and he was furious with Hector so he returned to the battle and they fight and Achilles and hector battled and Achilles kills Hector and drags his body all over Troy .
