The first animated projection (screening) was created in France, by Charles-Emile Reynaud, who was a French Science Teacher.

TYPES OF ANIMATION

• Stop motion animation
• Computer animation
• Flip-paper animation
• Drawing animation

Stop motion animation is a cinematic process, or technique used to make static objects appear as if they were moving.

Computer animation is a subset of both computer graphics and animation technologies.

A flip book or flick book is a book with a series of pictures that vary gradually from one page to the next.

Traditional, classical, cel, or hand-drawn animation is an animation technique where each frame is drawn by hand.
