IN THE BEGINNING

• John was born May 29, 1917
• Born in the city of Brooklyn, Massachusetts.
• Parents were Rose F. Kennedy and Joseph Patrick Kennedy
• He was the 2nd eldest of nine children

THE MIDDLE YEARS

• In 1935 John enrolled at Harvard University
• He received a degree in international affairs with honors
• He graduated 1940

THE ELECTION

• Elected in 1960 as the 35th president of the United States
• 43 year old John was the youngest to hold that office
• He was also the first Roman Catholic to hold that office

HIS FAMILY

• Kennedy got married to Jacqueline Bouvier
• They had two children together
• Caroline and John-John

GREIF AND GOODBYES

• November 22, 1963, Dallas, TX
• John was assassinated
• Ridding through Dallas going to campaigns to speak against segregation.
• A man fired shots moments later he died
