What is Laughter Yoga ?

Laughter Yoga- Is a unique exercise routine which combines unconditional laughter with yogic breathing.Laughter is initially simulated as a physical exercise while maintaining eye contact with others in a group and promoting childlike playfulness.

Five main Features of laughter yoga:
-We don't need a sense of humor to laugh
-You can laugh even when you are not in a good mood
-You can laugh even if you are not happy
-Cultivating childlike playfulness
-You can train your body and mind to laugh

  • Clapping- engaging the hands to stimulate the acupressure points in the hands
  • Deep Breathing- Moving the oxygen around in our bodies
