Martin de Leon was born in Mexico in 1765. He loved the outdoors and so did his wife Patricia de Leon. He married Patricia at the age of 30 and had his first son 3 years later in 1798 who later took control of the colony in 1833.

Two years later Martins second child Candelaria de Leon and soon they soon martin had eight more kids 2years later martins third child Silvestre was born

Soon Martin with the help of Patricia decided to build a colony and established it in 1824 only 9years before he died then in 1833 Martin de Leon the man who made the city of Victoria died his son Fernando took control of the colony in 1833 until he died in 1853
