FUNCIONS

• There are two functions one is an apocrine sweat from ceruminous glands as seen on the anterior wall of the human external ear.
• The second one is Effect of Emotional Stimuli apocrine gland of human Ear Carnal. Effect of Heat Two methods were used to produce an increase in body temperature in an attempt to cause ceruminous gland secretion.

• Ceruminous glands produce earwax which keeps the outer surface of the eardrum pliable and prevents drying.

ORGAN IS THE CELL FOUND IN

• Ceruminous glands are specialized sudoriferous glands (sweat glands) located in the external auditory canal.

ORGAN SYSTEM IS THE CELL FOUND IN

• It is found only in the dermis of the ear canals.

• Found only in external ear canal
• Their secretion combines with sebum and dead epithelial to for ear wax
• Keeps ear drum pliable
• Waterproof the canal
• Kill bacteria
