1.
STEPS OF SCIENTIFIC METHOD
Brandon Pugh
2.
OBSERVATION
is the process of watching someone or something.but it also involves data collection.
3.
RESEARCH
Experimental research is a systematic and scientific approach to the scientific method where the scientist manipulates variables.
4.
ASK A QUESTION
You have to ask a question before the experiment and then during the experiment you have to try and answer that testable question, by measuring.
5.
HYPOTHESIS
A scientific hypothesis is the building block in the scientific method. Many describe it as an educated guess based on prior knowledge
6.
PREDICTION
A prediction is what someone thinks will happen based off of there observation.
7.
EXPERIMENT
Performing the specific procedure and testing your hypothesis.
8.
GATHER DATA
Is the data collection and measuring information from the experiment.
This also establishes the answer to the hypothesis
9.
ANALYZING DATA
To study and examine the results of the experiment in detail to discover more about it.
10.
DRAW CONCLUSIONS
Making a judgement on all of the information you have received from the experiment.
11.
SUGGEST FURTHER RESEARCH
To find further research about the experiment.
12.
PUBLISH FINDINGS
This is what the conclusion of the experiment is and what happened during this experiment.
