  • Rapid breathing, hear rate increase, shaking, ect...

Crisis

  • Anger reaction has peaked
  • Logic and level headeness is impaired
  • May be a danger to self or others

Recovery

  • Anger is expended
  • Steady return to normal state
  • Awareness of self returns
  • Anger could be re-ignited easily
