  • Some common causes of constipation are diet , stress , travel , lack , exercise , or

Any other changes to your daily routine that can effect your digestive system . Also if there's not enough water in your stool that may cause constipation .

WAYS TO PREVENT CONSTIPATION

  • To prevent constipation you should drink a good amount
  • Of water everyday , 6 to 8 glasses of water everyday is
  • A good amount . Another way is by eating right . For
  • Example eating vegetables , fruit , and grains
  • To prevent constipation .

SIGNS AND SYMPTOMS OF CONSTIPATION

  • Some signs and symptoms of constipation are
  • Inadequate water intake , inadequate fiber in the
  • Diet , A disruption of regular diet or routine; traveling.
  • Inadequate activity or exercise or immobility , and
  • Eating large amounts of dairy products .

WAYS CONSTIPATION CAN BE TREATED/CURED

  • Some ways to treat/cure constipation are
  • Getting enough fiber in your body to keep things
  • Moving , try a gentle excursive , drinking enough fluids ,
  • Including fruits and vegetables in your diet , and each
  • Day schedule a time to take a bowl movement .

WHICH ORGAN OR ORGANS DOES CONSTIPATION AFFECT ?

  • Constipation affects the large intestine and the rectum
  • It affects these two organs because the large intestine pushes the digested
  • Food into your rectum , and if the food is moving slow or not moving
  • At all that causes constipation .
