GENERAL INFORMATION

• We can host up to 500 guests
• Rental fee is $5,500
• $500 non-refundable deposit due at time of booking, remaining balance due 60 days prior to the event
• We ask that you purchase a liability insurance plan
• Tables, chairs, and linens,are not provided
• Must have a licensed bartender on site
• Outhouse rental fee is $250 for two outhouses and sink

DAY OF PREPERATIONS

• We offer 3 options for dressing rooms for the wedding party: Apartment, Large bedroom that offers beautiful photo opportunities and the office in the arena, typically used by groom and groomsmen.
• We ask that these spaces are cleaned within 2hrs after ceremony or there will be a $200 charge

OUTDOOR CEREMONY

• Get married under the rustic altar or out on the island
• Optional fountain on the pond

INDOOR CEREMONY

• The arena can be divided by white curtains to create a large room for the reception and a more intimate room for the indoor ceremony.

INDOOR RECEPTION

• the 12.000 square foot arena is decorated with a large dance floor, rustic chandeliers, and hanging lights.
• Arena can be divided to fit your event size, create space for yard games, space for kids to play, photo booths etc...

OUTDOOR RECEPTION

• Take advantage of our large yard and have your ceremony and reception outside!
• Brick patio can be used as a dance floor
• Room on south side of the house for tables or yard games
• Swing set for kids to play on
