Opening Prayer
Come upon us Holy Spirit, to enlighten and guide us as we begin this study of Women of the New Testament. You inspired the scriptural writers throughout salvation history to anticipate the Messiah’s coming into the world. Now penetrate our minds and hearts to stir within us a spirit of longing for Christ.

Motivate us to read the Scriptures, give us a love for God’s Word, and help us to look forward to the many ways you will manifest yourself throughout this study. Bless us during this session and throughout the coming weeks with the fire of your love.
