Cardiopulmonary resuscitation

Call for help immediately

Taking Vitals and securing the scene

Assess the victim's consciousness

Do not check for a pulse

Check for breathing

Starting to perform CPR

Place the heel of one hand on the victim's breastbone

Place your second hand on top of the first hand

Position your body directly over hands

Perform 30 chest compressions

continuing the process until help arrives

Make sure the airway is open

Give two rescue breaths, every 30 compressions

Continue CPR until someone takes over you
