In this moderately nice looking house there is the average bully, with the average flower-child sister, and the average overworked parents
We focus our story on the Bully, why you ask would Jerry Spinelli care about just another average bully and not say, the seemingly more interesting flower-child or even the over worked parents?
Because dear listeners the seemingly boring average bully proves to be more interesting than the sister , or the parents as you will soon come to see
