Value Criteria

  • Creative work is assessed based on criteria (requirements) established before the work is made.
  • These discrete pieces of information is the key to objectively measuring creative work.
  • Strengths: Measures relevance, value, or effectiveness against clearly set requirements. Weaknesses: Works only when comparing a work against itself, not another.
