Coding

  • Computers and robots use codes to process day to day searches .
  • Many things like java & ruby programs can be learned at code academy .
  • Cryptography in Greek mean hidden secret.

Encryption

  • In the 20th century the Egnimo Rotor Machine made efficient encryption.
  • Until modern time cryptography was always reffered to encryption.
  • Encryption transforms plain text into cipher text or vice versa.

WORLD WAR 2

  • Cryptography was used extensively during the war.
  • The allies of the German made the most successful decryption of the Egnima cipher.
  • The decoding by the British Naval intelligence of the Zimmermann telegram helped bring the United States into the war.
  • The German Lorenz cipher machine was used to decode very high level codes.

CRYPTOGRAPHY USES

  • Many people like spies, banks, and credit card companies uses coding everyday.
  • Whitfield Diffie and Martin Hellman, authors of the first published paper on public-key cryptography.
  • Cryptography has been used a lot by law enforcement agencies.

BOOKS

  • Colonel Parker Hitt and William Friedman wrote popular cryptography books in the early 20th century.
  • David Khan's book The Codebreaker's told people about cryptography when no information was available.

I wonder ??????
Will coders stop fixing computers and start programming and making robots ????
