Cryptosporidium under a microscope. The parasite is found in the fecal matter of mammals that have consumed contaminated food and/or water.

This parasite is known to cause SEVERE diarrhea and even respitory problems

The Cycle life of the parasite begins in the fecal matters that spread through waters or direct contact with another carrier source.

Treatment plants utilize multiple types of sterilizing agents in order to treat potable water from parasites such a Cryptosporidium.

Symptoms include:
Diarrhea
Stomach pain
Nausea
Dehydration
Vomiting
Fever
Weight loss

If you notice these symptoms to occur, get yourself or the person showing symptoms to a physician immediately.

  • Vomiting
  • Stomach Pain
  • Fever

Symptoms Continued:

  • Dehydration
  • Weight Loss
