  • Shrimp Roll (Ban Coun)- Rice paper roll with duoc mum

  • Hamburger- Made of 2 bread buns and assorted layers.
  • Hot Dogs- Made of a hot dog bun and a sausage like meat.
  • BBQ Ribs- Pork or beef, with BBQ sauce
  • Meatloaf- Meat, sometimes with a egg in the middle and ketchup on the top

  • Tacos- A taco shell, beef, and other toppings
  • Tamales-Seasoned meat wrapped in cornmeal dough and steamed or baked in corn husks.
  • Tortilla-A thin, flat pancake of cornmeal or flour, eaten hot or cold, typically with a savory filling.
  • Tostada- A deep fried tortilla topped with a seasoned mixture of beans, ground meat, and vegetables.

  • Sushi- Rice and usually raw fish wrapped in sushi
  • Calamari- Squid served as food, usually fried.
  • Bento-A box that is divided into sections, where rice, fish or meat, and vegatables are usually put
  • Wasabi- A japanese plant that is made into paste/powder eaten with raw fish.
  • Udon-Wheat pasta made in thick strips.

Italian

  • Chicken parmigiana- Chicken that is breaded and served with cheese. (Basically chicken Parmesan.)
  • Cannoli- Pastries in the form of shells that are filled with ricotta cheese, and usually have nuts, citron, or chocolate.
  • Ravioli- Small pasta pockets that have meat, cheese, or veggies in them.
  • Gelato- Italian ice cream (Is more denser and has less fat.)
