EDUCATION
Education is one of the most important aspects in French people's lives.
The educational system is similar to the U.S.'s and has the 4 school levels: Elementary, Middle, High, and College.
Paris university is probably the best place in France you can study at.
Effort put into educational matter is a lot like the United States.
Higher education levels require less time.

APPAREL/DRESSING
In my culture, people typically wear fancy clothing. Women for example have American 50's style button down jackets.
On special occasions such as a wedding or something like that, we'll dress up more and wear fancy clothing, like a suit and tie.
For things like work, we sometimes wear uniforms or something like a basge to confirm that we may be an employee.
Hats in the United States are like baseball caps, but in the France, people wear things like a beret.
Clothing in France seen in the United States is classy/fancy and not usual.

DATING/MARRIAGE
Usually, the first time a person in our culture would start dating would be at the age of 13-15.
If a couple is to get married, the male will usually propose to the female and will have it take place at a church.
France itself is seen as a very good place to go on a date.
Marriage in France is similar to our's. Both countries put a lot of thought intonfuture marriage.
Dating and marriage in France is usually centered in the city of Paris.
