INTRODUCTION
- Not an issue but some people could disagree
- Applies to everyone 13+
- One side thinks we should have it later the other thinks it should stay the same
- Concerning, trying to keep children safe
- Affects kids by keeping them safe & their parents from being worried

- Curfew should stay the same
- Keeps the younger kids safe
- We all agree on this issue
- Beneficial for the kids

- Effects city law by making the police look out for kids after dark
- Persuading other places to have a 10:00 P.M curfew
- Crimes committed after dark=amendments come to solve situation
PERSPECTIVE 2
- Curfew later
- Stay out as late as want with responsible adult, stay out of trouble
- No, kids=more likely to get in trouble/cause crime after curfew
- Research: the younger the person, the more likely to be victim of crime
- Not likely to solve problem and it hurts everyone that wanted it later

- Solution hasnt been tried anywhere, same in MN
- Affects city law: more secure laws, stores closing earlier
- State law: whole state would have to adjust
- Constitution: crime happens, constitutional amendments
CONCLUSION
- Best solution: keep curfew same
- Because less crimes will happen
- Its better for kids to be safe than stay out late
