LOW SAT SCORES

College professionals do not believe the curriculum is adequately preparing students for higher education. Based on SAT scores, students are simply not ready.

LACK OF STUDENT MOTIVATION

In a survey, teachers believe that lack of student motivation is causing unprepared students. Schools should align their goals with resources to help students face the world around them.

SLOW TO MAKE CHANGES

Schools take too long to make changes which causes them to fall behind in terms of relativity. Students need a more flexible curriculum that can adapt quickly, just like the world around them.

FUTURE OF WORK IS UNKNOWN

Curriculum is hard task because the world that these students will live in is unknown. The jobs they may have may not even exist yet... How do we prepare students for the unknown?

CURRICULUM SHOULD BE GLOBAL

Teachers do not have the resources they need to educate globally prepared citizens. Countries are becoming more interdependent, yet students are not being taught to work in a global society.
