• Weekly Team Meeting activities aligned with trimester technology goal 
• Classroom walk-throughs
• Maintaining a flexible schedule to be available for teacher support 
• Implementing district technology and data initiatives

• Coordinate T. T. T. T (teachers teaching teachers tech) PD
• Collaborating with PTO and families, to ensure greater community support and transparency
• Work with tech department to ensure teachers’ technical needs are met 

iLeader Role

Specific Duties:  iLeaders

• Your initial contact with ipad questions 
• General resource for quick tips, lesson ideas or strategies 
• Sounding board for iPad lesson ideas
• Coordinates team or teacher support with data coaches 
• Host PD opportunities

Teacher and Professional Development Goals

Trimester 1 Goals for Teachers:  iPad Workflow

• Posting content (new material and materials already created with other tools)
• Assigning work to students
• "Collecting" student work
• Assessing student work and giving feedback

Trimester 1 Goals for PD

• Continued collaboration with willing teachers targeting innovative ideas 
• Weekly support and collaboration opportunities at team meetings 
• Reflection on teaching with SAMR Model

Data and Technology Coach

• Continued support and resource sharing via weekly messages and a shared site.  
• Recognize teacher achievement 
• Creating a system of peer observations
• Understand the needs of each teacher and classroom through classroom observations
